Prepare employee testing after a theft in 15–20 minutes
The tool takes you through the same steps as a polygraph examiner at the first meeting: what went missing, when, who had access, which details only the guilty person knows. The output: ready-made questions, a plan and a brief for the test.
4 mistakes people make before the examiner arrives
Told everyone the details
The amount, the packaging, the place. After that, the guilty knowledge test — the strongest technique — becomes impossible.
Only the “main suspect” is tested
The person feels accused, and there is nothing to compare the result with.
A single question: “Did you steal it?”
Without questions about knowledge, help, whereabouts and benefit, half the picture remains untested.
Your own “interrogation” before the test
Pressure and accusations the day before spoil the result even for innocent people.
Try building 1 question for free
This is just 1 question. The full version has 12 question types for a one-off incident and for systematic shortages, a check of your wording, a guilty knowledge test, method selection, organising the test and a brief for the examiner.
Full version — 990 UAH (≈ €20) →From “our money has gone missing” to a ready test plan
Gathers the facts
What went missing, where it was kept, the time frame, who had access and keys, cameras, signs of a break-in.
Keeps the secret details safe
Tells you which details only the guilty person knows and warns you if you accidentally put them into a question.
Writes the questions
Involvement, knowledge, assistance, handover, whereabouts, benefit — or a separate set for systematic shortages.
Checks your wording
Two facts in one question, suspicions instead of actions, accusatory words, vagueness — you see it straight away.
Chooses the method
Classic polygraph, EyeDetect or remote methods — taking into account the number of people.
Bonus: how to organise the test without conflict
What to tell employees, what not to do, what happens during the test and what to do with the result.
990 UAH (≈ €20) — not an extra cost
If you order a test after working with the plan, this amount is deducted from its price. In effect, the test preparation is free.

The tool is for you if you
- are a business owner or manager whose money, goods or equipment have gone missing;
- notice regular shortages in the warehouse, at the till or in the shop;
- work in security or HR;
- suspect household staff — a nanny, a housekeeper, workers;
- want to figure things out yourself first and then order a test.
The tool will suggest which method suits you
- Classic polygraph — the standard for internal investigations: an interview and a guilty knowledge test.
- EyeDetect — an automated report with no human factor, up to 45 minutes per person.
- VerifEye — remotely by smartphone, when the employee is in another city.
- On-site visit to your company in Lviv — testing several employees in 1–2 days.
FAQ
Can I test an employee without their consent?
No. A test is only possible with voluntary written consent. The tool shows how to suggest it so that people agree calmly.
Can someone be dismissed based on a polygraph result?
The result is a specialist’s conclusion, not proof of guilt and not the sole ground for dismissal. It helps you understand where to go next: an internal investigation, a conversation, a report to the police.
How many people can be tested?
As many as you need. Usually everyone who had access is tested. We test several employees in 1–2 days, including on-site at your company in Lviv.
How do I get the 990 UAH (≈ €20) credited towards a test?
Your code is in the brief. Quote it when you order a test within 6 months — and 990 UAH (≈ €20) will be deducted from its price.
Who will see the data I enter?
Nobody. Everything is stored only in your browser; nothing is sent to a server. You send the brief to the examiner yourself.
Does a test replace going to the police?
No. If the loss is significant, report it to the police. A polygraph test helps narrow down the circle of those involved and does not replace an investigation.
