Payment and delivery
Payment for services
You can pay for a polygraph test in one of the following convenient ways:
- In cash — at the office before the test;
- By payment card — at the office or remotely via a payment link;
- By bank transfer — using our IBAN details (for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, with supporting documents provided).

Online payment for EyeDetect and VerifEye
The packages on the EyeDetect and VerifEyeAfter payment or your request, we contact you to agree the date and the questions. The terms for rescheduling and retesting are set out in section 9 of the public offer.
Prepayment
Prepayment is not required. For on-site tests, urgent orders and work with legal entities, a prepayment of 30–50% is possible by agreement. The terms are agreed individually at the time of booking.
Sundays and other cities
A test on a Sunday is charged at double rate (price × 2). We conduct tests in Lviv; for other cities we will help you choose a method or recommend a fellow polygraph examiner.
Delivery of equipment
If you order a polygraph or related equipment (polygraph catalogue), delivery options are:
- Nova Poshta — to a branch, to a parcel locker or by courier, at the carrier’s rates;
- Self-collection — from our office in Lviv, 6 Danylyshyna St., office 217.
Items are dispatched once payment has been received. Delivery by Nova Poshta usually takes 1–3 days, depending on the destination.
