How the test works — step by step
- A talk about the situation. You describe what needs to be established. It immediately becomes clear whether the question is suitable for instrumental testing: the polygraph works with facts and actions, not with intentions, feelings or guesses.
- Defining the topics. One to three topics per test is optimal. This is not a formality: the more unrelated topics in one test, the lower the reliability of the conclusion on each of them.
